LESSON TIMES
All lesson times are based on GMT. Lessons can be booked Monday-Saturday between the hours 9am-9pm GMT. The standard lesson time is 50 minutes but if you prefer two lessons instead of one that can also be organised. Most students prefer private lessons but if you would like to have a lesson with your friends or as a group contact us by email to arrange this.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
When using technology and Skype there will, unfortunately, be times when the Internet or connection speeds cause technical problems during a lesson. If such difficulties arise, lessons will be rescheduled and lost time made up, regardless who is having the technical problems.

Due to a busy timetable, lessons start at the stated time and will be concluded at the scheduled time. For example, if your lesson is due to start at 3pm and you join the lesson at 3.12 pm your lesson will still end at 3.55pm, because more than likely your teacher will be due to start another lesson at 4pm so they will not be able to continue the lesson for the full 50 minutes.

CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you are unable to attend a lesson, simply contact us by email at least two hours prior to the lesson so that we can reschedule at a more convenient time. As long as the cancellation takes place two hours before the lesson, no cancellation fees will be charged. If, however, we are not notified in time, we will charge a 7- euro cancellation fee. Similarly, if your teacher cannot attend the lesson you will be sent an email or a Skype message informing you and you will be contacted to reschedule the lesson.
